That’s why Washtenaw ACA is pleased to invite our members and community partners to an important upcoming educational webinar focused on the Waskul settlement and budgeting for self-directed services.
On Tuesday, February 17, from 6:00–7:30 PM, Nick Gable, Director of Litigation at Disability Rights Michigan, will present a clear and practical update on the Waskul case and what it means for individuals with disabilities and their families in 2026.
This webinar is especially relevant for people who:
- Are enrolled in the Habilitation Supports Waiver, and
- Self-direct their Community Living Supports (CLS) services
